We are intuitive
Our approach is to always provide you and your users an effortless experience, so you feel in control of what you're using, not the other way around. A smart, well-thought out system takes the most natural and intuitive path to getting tasks done, without relying on the user to remember so many rules. So may Web and software products in general are plagued with interfaces and tools that expect you to be "tech-savvy", which is what we try to avoid. Our goal in building interfaces is to lower the learning curve and have you be as productive as possible from the get-go.
